Rates include 7 nights accommodation, airport greeting and villa orientation, maid service once a week during stay, linens and utilities. We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation and the remaining 50% sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Rates do not include air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is metered and charged back to guests at cost. In lieu of a security deposit, guests sign a statement of liability agreeing to pay for any damages with a major credit card. Rates are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: An 11% Accommodation Tax is payable in addition to the rates listed above.
